Our expertise spans turning, grinding, and custom mechanical work. Starting as a small artisan workshop producing lubrication components, the company has continuously evolved thanks to the skills and passion of its founders and all its collaborators, as well as technological and process investments. Our 70 years of activity, combined with the constant pursuit of improvement, have allowed us to be recognized for the quality of our products, the dynamism, consistency, and speed of our services, aimed at always punctual delivery.

Thanks to our 35 young professionals and our 1600 square meter facilities, we are able to offer a complete turnkey service. From design to the production of the finished product, we take care of every phase of the process, guaranteeing maximum customer satisfaction.

Sustainability

Boano Srl is dedicated to sustainable practices. By installing a 191kW photovoltaic system, the company generates a third of its own energy, reducing its carbon footprint. Additionally, we have implemented a comprehensive waste management program, recycling processing waste, tooling, and oils. Our commitment to a clean and safe work environment is evident in our state-of-the-art facilities and air quality control systems.

1952

Boano Srl was founded in Turin, specializing in the production of lubrication systems. A few years later, the company began producing custom-designed components.

1993

The company moves to its new owned plant in Rivoli; meanwhile, the production of custom-designed components has become its core business.

2000

Boano Srl achieves ISO 9001 quality certification.

2006

Boano expands, doubling its production area by acquiring a new building that mirrors the existing one.

2008

Following the acquisition of a grinding company, Boano opens a new department dedicated to grinding operations.

2011

Boano becomes a sustainable reality with the installation of a new 191kW photovoltaic system, producing approximately 190,000 kWh annually.

2013

Automation of tools and finished products warehouses.

2020

The company is being reorganized into four distinct departments: CNC machining starting from bar stock, secondary machining operations, grinding processes, and mechanical production. To support this expansion, new roles in quality assurance and production are being created.
